Welcome to Mrs. Wilson’s Room
Julie Wilson was born and raised in Maine. She attended the University of Maine at Farmington where she received a BA in English with a focus on creative writing. Julie worked for the Cumberland County YMCA as a lifeguard, swim instructor and child care provider for several years before starting her own title abstracting business. After she became a mom, Julie attended the Maine Montessori Institute and earned her American Montessori Society Early Childhood Credential. Prior to coming to the Brooklin School, Julie had been a lead primary teacher at 2 private AMS accredited schools. She has been taking classes to earn a Masters in Special Education. Julie and her family recently finished building a home in Sedgwick, where they enjoy campfires and the views of Walker Pond and the Camden Hills!
